    The Winner

    Australia's growth is presented as a tree. The roots are embedded in the Aboriginal flag and the leaves are the migrants who have settled here.

    Caitlin's knowledge of our history is depicted beautifully in her artwork. She has acknowledged our roots and aboriginal heritage and is also looking into our future. The tree is a perfect way to represent our growth as a nation and as a united people. Colourful and clever!
